Part bar, part bistro and part living room, Sprezzatura is a multi-faceted venue that has something for everyone. It's large and they've made fantastic use of the space by creating little cubby holes next to the windows, more communal dining in the midst of all the action and informal bar dining at the lively island that hosts some of the city's most ardent party-people. You can even tuck yourself away on a cushioned sofa and enjoy quality time with a loved one. Whatever lunch or supper you have in mind, Sprezzatura is a social space with something for everyone.

The menu is also designed to bring people together through the lush flavours of Italy. Signatures include homemade meatballs with heaps of fragrant basil and freshly baked focaccia, braised short-rib that is so tender it falls right off the bone, and a prosciutto burger that puts a very Italian-spin on an American classic with a rosemary-infused patty and sundried tomatoes.

As for pizzas and pasta, you know that they're bringing out the big players. Pizzas are adorned with the likes of grilled eggplant, Ezzo pepperoni, 'Nduja sausage and taleggio whilst fresh pasta is graced by wild boar ragu and carbonara sauce. Customise to your heart's content with extra toppings and enjoy a tiramisu or apertivo for afters. Meals are not to be rushed in Italia.
